Fees are charged for the following services and are disclosed after the initial Explore call based on the parameters of the trip.

Air Ticketing/ Mileage Redemption Awards - We work with a valued partner for all of our commercial air ticketing requests.

All fees are billed upfront and non-refundable with a signed planning agreement.

We do offer an annual retainer option for current established clients of Kim Heflin Travel with a minimum spend requirement.
